QUEEN CITY HARM REDUCTION

Queen City Harm Reduction (QCHR) is a division of Center for Prevention Services that provides lifesaving resources to people who use drugs in Mecklenburg County. This peer-led division empowers historically marginalized groups to engage in services that meet their most basic needs and supports healthier living. This division is grounded in compassion, respect, and unconditional regard. Services are no cost, judgment-free, and promote safety, dignity, and wellness.
