Registration

All trainings will be held at the Center for Prevention Services, 1117 E. Morehead St. Suite 100, unless otherwise indicated.

Registration fee for each three-hour training is $30 (advance registration) and $60 (advance registration) for each six-hour training.

Add an additional $5 for every 3 contact hours for on-site (late) registration.

Trainings not cancelled within 48 hours or more of the training will be billed for the registered amount.
